Marketing Planning & Management

A marketing plan involves everything from understanding your target market and your competitive position, to your tactics in reaching that market, and the strategies involved in differentiating your services.   There are a great number of activities involved in executing a marketing plan, but not all of these activities are on the same level or of the same importance.  Global Law Marketing will help you identify which activities require partner participation and which can be handled by other staff members.  Doing so saves countless non-billable hours, while maintaining the efficiency and integrity of the plan.   

We start by analyzing your present situation and current plan, if there you have one.   We then help you develop a new, refined marketing plan—mindfully working within the constraints of your firm and its marketing budget. The big-picture, long-term planning we provide helps to map out, in advance, the expectations of all participants.  We then drill down to individual partner plans.  In many cases, the incorporation of a marketing plan manager and a coach/mentor ensures all the activities are completed on time and to the required standard.

Firms with dedicated marketing departments already in place usually have an easier time building a management structure for marketing accountability, but we can walk through your existing process and make improvements where necessary. 

On the other end of the spectrum, we can also build a marketing department from scratch—leading the management of marketing activities in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
